Honest answer: the renewal conversation starts with the dashboard. If engagement, completion or skill‑gain is below benchmark, we run a root‑cause review (was it role mapping, was it manager engagement, was it content fit?) and either reset the program at no extra cost, scope a tighter pilot for the next quarter, or part ways cleanly.
