How fast can I get 30 people live? +

Seven business days is the standard timeline for a 30‑person rollout, and one business day is the fastest we've delivered. Customer success runs the discovery and persona benchmark inside the first 48 hours, configures pathways by role, and handles SSO and bulk user provisioning in parallel. You spend your time on the parts only you can do: nominating learners and confirming role mappings.

How do I justify spend to my partner or CFO? +

Three numbers and a benchmark. The numbers: 60% of learners save 30 minutes to two hours every week, 45% apply skills daily, and 80% complete the program (against a 7% industry benchmark). The benchmark: at renewal we report skill‑gain by role and the time saved at the team level. We come to the demo with a sample persona map for one of your roles so the business case can be drafted in the same week.

What does my team need to do versus what does Kubicle do? +

Your team's job: nominate learners, confirm role mappings, attend a 30‑minute kick‑off, and review the QBR dashboard once a quarter. Kubicle's job: persona benchmark, role‑based pathway design, SSO and LMS integration, learner onboarding, ongoing engagement reporting, content refresh and the renewal review. The default split is "you point us at the team, we run the program."

Can I see the dashboard before we commit? +

Yes. The demo includes a live walk‑through of the manager dashboard with sample data from a comparable rollout. You'll see the engagement view, the skill‑gain heatmap by role, completion rate, time saved, and the persona map. We can also share an anonymised QBR deck from a current client so you see what reporting looks like at the 90‑day mark.

What happens at renewal if it didn't land? +

Honest answer: the renewal conversation starts with the dashboard. If engagement, completion or skill‑gain is below benchmark, we run a root‑cause review (was it role mapping, was it manager engagement, was it content fit?) and either reset the program at no extra cost, scope a tighter pilot for the next quarter, or part ways cleanly. We don't run an auto‑renew model. If it didn't work, we'd rather you say so and we fix it than carry a quiet renewal that no one's getting value from.
