Why Project Training?

Most project training teaches a method.
This builds a career.

Kubicle's project program serves the three distinct audiences who shape every project: the team members who contribute to them, the candidates ready to lead them, and the sponsors who commission them. One library, three calibrated pathways.

See how we do it
01

Three personas, three goals

Project Members contribute more effectively. PM Candidates earn the CAPM. Project Champions sponsor with confidence. Each pathway is sized to the goal, not a hierarchy.

02

Aligned to PMI's standards

Competencies map to the seven PMBOK Guide performance domains. Course coverage maps to the CAPM ECO (2023) domain weightings: Fundamentals 36%, Predictive 17%, Agile 20%, Business Analysis 27%.

03

CAPM eligibility, covered

The PM Candidate pathway clears PMI's 23-hour project management education prerequisite, so learners walk in to the exam ready to sit it.

The Kubicle Project Persona Framework

Three personas. Three goals.
Calibrated to the PMBOK Guide.

Project Members contribute more effectively to any project they work on. PM Candidates lead projects and sit the CAPM exam. Project Champions sponsor and support projects with confidence. Each persona's competency is graded across the seven PMBOK performance domains.

CAPM Domain Coverage

The four axes map 1:1 to PMI's exam content outline.

We benchmark every learner against the same four domains PMI tests on the CAPM exam. Weighted exactly as PMI weights them, so progress on Kubicle is progress toward the credential.

Does the program prepare learners for the CAPM exam? +

Yes. The PM Candidate pathway is built around PMI's CAPM Examination Content Outline (2023), with all four domains covered at the right weightings: PM Fundamentals (36%), Predictive (17%), Agile (20%) and Business Analysis (27%). It also clears the 23‑hour project management education requirement PMI requires for CAPM eligibility.

Can different roles learn together, or do we need separate cohorts? +

Both work. The three personas, Project Member, PM Candidate and Project Champion, let you mix contributors, certification candidates and project sponsors in a single program. Each learner is pulled into a pathway calibrated to their goal, and the dashboards still report cleanly by persona.

Which framework is the competency profile built on? +

The seven performance domains from the PMBOK Guide: Governance, Scope, Schedule, Finance, Stakeholders, Resources and Risk. Each persona is graded 1 to 5 in every domain, calibrated to the CAPM ECO task language and domain weightings. A score of 5 indicates full CAPM‑level competency; it does not imply PMP‑level mastery.

How does this align with the PMI Talent Triangle? +

CAPM content addresses only Ways of Working; Power Skills and Business Acumen are not assessed by the CAPM. A CAPM‑aligned library contributes primarily to the Ways of Working PDU requirement. Organisations deploying the library for continuing development should supplement with Power Skills and Business Acumen content to meet the full 15‑PDU triennial cycle.

Are the credentials accredited? +

Yes. Kubicle credentials are accredited by CPD, CPE and NASBA. Certificates are shareable on LinkedIn the moment they're earned and can be applied toward continuing professional development credits.

Will it integrate with our LMS and SSO? +

In short, yes. We offer off-the-shelf integrations with a handful of leading LMS platforms, and our engineering team can build a custom integration for any other system you run. SSO is supported across the board, and a Reporting API is available for automated dashboards. Or run Kubicle standalone on our platform with full engagement and skill-gain reporting baked in.

How is the content kept current? +

Modules are continuously refreshed by our in-house learning design team to reflect updates to PMI's standards, evolving agile practice, and the rise of generative AI in project work. You're never paying for material that's gone stale.

How is pricing structured? +

Pricing is per-license with volume discounts that increase as your rollout grows. The Project Management Program starts at $175 per learner; Kubicle All Access starts at $499 per learner per year. We'll send a tailored quote after the discovery call.
