Analysis

We start by understanding your team's current skill level through diagnostics and stakeholder consultation. The output: a confirmed list of skill gaps, the business objectives the program has to lift, and the success metrics we'll measure against at evaluation.

Phase 02

Design

Based on the analysis, we design a tailored learning journey using Kubicle's library. Courses are selected and sequenced to align with team roles, project goals and the business outcomes the program has to deliver.

Development

Kubicle's content team develops or curates the right material, whether that's data literacy, AI fluency or industry‑specific modules. Interactive lessons, real‑world examples and skills assessments are integrated into the learner experience.

How is a custom program different from your off‑the‑shelf academies? +

The academies are a pre‑built curriculum across AI, Data, Finance and Project Management. A custom program starts with diagnostics on your team, then sequences the academy content alongside bespoke modules, applied projects on your data, and live coaching where it's needed. Same library underneath, designed around your roles on top.

How long does a custom program take to design? +

Discovery and diagnostics typically take two to three weeks. Design and development run another three to four. Most engagements go live within six to eight weeks of contract sign, with a phased rollout from there. We've delivered tighter timelines for crisis upskilling work, so if you're under pressure, ask.

Can the program use our data and our tools? +

Yes. Capstone projects, applied assignments and scenario‑based lessons can be built on anonymised samples of your data, against the deliverables your team actually ships. Tools we've built around: Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, your firm's internal model templates and proprietary frameworks.

Who runs the program once it's live? +

A named Kubicle learning consultant owns delivery end to end. Your team's job is to nominate learners, confirm role mappings, and sit on quarterly business reviews. The consultant owns the rest: rollout, manager enablement, content refresh, engagement and renewal review.

How is the program priced? +

Two components. A per‑learner license that covers Kubicle's library and the technology rails, scaled to seat count. A separate fixed fee for the design, development and managed customer success work, scoped to the program. Both line items appear on a single statement of work and a single invoice.

Are the credentials accredited? +

Yes. Every Kubicle module that goes into a custom program carries CPD, CPE and NASBA accreditation, so the credentials your team earns count toward continuing professional development. Bespoke modules that include assessment can be accredited on request as part of the design phase.

Can we pilot one cohort before committing across the firm? +

Absolutely, and we'd usually recommend it for firms with more than 1,000 learners. A typical pilot runs 90 days with one role or one practice, with the same diagnostics, dashboards and QBR cadence as the full rollout. Pilot fees are credited against the global agreement when you scale out.
