How fast can we go live across multiple regions? +

Seven business days is the standard timeline for a multi‑region launch, and one business day is the fastest we've delivered. The customer success team runs discovery and persona benchmarking inside the first 48 hours, configures pathways by role, and handles SSO and bulk user provisioning in parallel. Your team's time goes on nominating learners and confirming role mappings. Regional success leads pick up local rollout, change management and reporting from there.

Which LMS and identity systems do you integrate with? +

SSO across all major identity providers (Okta, Microsoft Entra, Ping, Google, Auth0). LMS integrations cover Degreed, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Docebo, LearnUpon and more, with xAPI support for anything not on that list. A reporting API exposes engagement and skill‑gain data into your dashboards. If you run something custom, our engineering team will build the integration as part of the engagement.

How do you handle global procurement, redlines and master service agreements? +

We work to your MSA. The legal team accepts redlines, signs DPAs, and supplies the standard procurement pack (security questionnaire, ISO certificates, SOC report references, GDPR documentation, insurance certificates) within one business day. One contract, one purchase order, one invoice covers every region you operate, in your preferred billing currency.

What is the security and compliance posture? +

Kubicle is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR‑compliant. We undergo regular third‑party penetration testing, maintain granular role‑based access, support SSO across the major identity providers, and log every administrative action. Data residency options are available on request. The full security pack is shared under NDA inside the procurement process.

How is content kept current? +

Continuously, at no extra cost. The learning design team refreshes courses to reflect new tools, regulation and the rise of generative AI. You don't pay for material that's gone stale, and you don't bear the version‑management overhead. New courses across the four academies ship every quarter and slot into existing pathways automatically.

What does the customer success engagement look like? +

A named regional success lead and a global customer success director. Discovery and persona benchmarking inside week one. A shared rollout plan, an enablement workshop for your managers, and quarterly business reviews against the skill‑gain targets you set at kickoff. Honest reviews at renewal: if engagement, completion or skill‑gain is below benchmark, we run a root‑cause review and either reset the program at no extra cost or part ways cleanly.

Can we pilot in one region before rolling out globally? +

Absolutely, and we'd usually recommend it for firms with more than 5,000 seats. A typical pilot runs 90 days in one practice or one region, with the same persona benchmarking, dashboards and QBR cadence as the global rollout. The pilot is priced on the same per‑learner basis with conversion credit applied to the global agreement when you scale out.
