How much time does it take? +

Roughly 22 hours of content across 18 courses and projects, worth 21.0 CPE/CPD credits. Most learners complete the full subject in six to eight weeks of casual study.

Do I need a project management background? +

No. Track 01 starts from project basics, roles and planning. Learners already comfortable with the fundamentals typically jump in at Track 02 (Research Principles) or Track 03 (Foundations of Predictive Projects). The full subject runs end to end if a learner wants the complete picture.

Is this aligned to PMI / PRINCE2? +

The curriculum draws on widely‑recognised predictive practice, including PRINCE2 and the structures common across PMI‑style delivery.
