One Excel course
to a thousand lessons.
The short version of how Kubicle came to be, and what we're building now.
Better learning, designed differently.
The founding belief: critical skills training for professionals should be better. Faster to access, easier to absorb, more aligned with the demands of modern business. Not another library of unused courses.
One course. One belief. Day one.
The journey began in 2014 with a single course on Excel. At the time, professionals used Excel daily but training was slow, outdated and hard to apply at the desk. So we built a different kind of course: practical, flexible, designed for how professionals actually learn.
From one tool to a full library.
That first course set the foundation for something bigger. Over the years, the Kubicle library expanded across data visualisation, financial modelling, AI literacy, project management and problem solving. What started as a small solution for a single tool became the learning library a finance or consulting firm could run a whole upskilling program on.
Skills that show up at the desk.
Today, Kubicle helps firms upskill their people on the knowledge that actually matters. Not just the technical skills, but the critical thinking, the analysis and the decision‑making that drive performance across teams.
Helpful isn't the right word.
Essential is.
In fast‑moving industries, the ability to read information, communicate clearly and make sound decisions under pressure is the difference between progress and stagnation. Critical skills aren't a nice‑to‑have any more. They're the work.
Over 1,000 lessons. One library. Built for business.
Kubicle is designed to meet the moment. Over 1,000 structured lessons across four academies, an enterprise‑grade learning experience built specifically for business teams, and the customer success engagement to keep the rollout on the rails. Close skill gaps, adapt to change, stay ahead of what's next.
Built for today's work, ready for tomorrow's.
We're trusted by some of the leading firms in finance, consulting and professional services, and backed by a team of global subject‑matter experts. But more importantly, we're driven by a clear mission: prepare people not just for today's work, but for tomorrow's.
